Our Vineyards
Reynolds' Core Line is sourced from the Orange region, situated in the central highlands of New South Wales, Australia, approximately 150 miles east of Sydney, and the Murray Valley (Riverland Region) situated in South Australia, approximately 150 miles northeast of Adelaide.
The Orange Region is relatively new to winemaking, but with growing conditions that match many of the great wine growing regions of the world. Vines in the Orange region enjoy a sunny, cool climate fostering a long, even growing season, well-drained basalt loam soils, which naturally curtail the size of the crop, and a variety of microclimates that allow Reynolds vineyard managers to match different grape varieties to their ideal environments. The Riverland Region has been a premium growing area for nearly a century, producing beautiful wines thanks to heaps of sunshine, and choice loamy soils over limestone.
